Introducing the era of voice biomarkers
Your voice is the most personal expression of who you are. It's the sound of your inner world, a direct bridge to your emotions and mental state.
Every inflection, every pause, every whisper offers clues into your mental health.
Listening to these signs is the foundation of effective mental health care: psychiatrists are trained to pick up on these subtle signals.
And there is now clear research linking voice to your brain:
- Voice used to identify Parkinson’s & Alzheimer’s since the 90’s
- Voice can identify depression with 80%+ accuracy
- Over 21 publications link voice to ADHD
For the first time ever, we're making voice biomarkers accessible to everybody.
Simon, our AI companion, is designed specifically to understand your mental health. Speak to him about anything, and he'll learn to track your mental state.

The Simon AI story
We are a team of experts in psychiatric genetics, psychological medicine, systems neuroscience and machine learning. Our academic experience spans PhD/MD work across King's College London, UCL and Oxford.
Our paths converged thanks to shared frustrations with the process of ADHD and autism diagnosis, both as researchers and as individuals who received inadequate care.
We're on a mission to move beyond this system and empower individuals to understand their brains with objective insights fueled by voice.
Ongoing research projects
We are committed to advancing the understanding of mental health - especially of neurodiversity and the concomitant ADHD/autism labels. We believe good research is the key to this mission, and high-quality research remains our #1 focus.
